Our Story
At the heart of West Michigan, our company—led by co-owners Justin Roerig and Joe Henry—is built on over 20 years of experience in residential remodeling, renovation, and restoration services. We proudly serve Grand Rapids and surrounding areas including Rockford, Ada, Lowell, Hudsonville, Byron Center, and other West Michigan communities.
Our journey began in the early 2000s with residential pressure washing and deck staining. As the housing market shifted during the 2007 recession, we expanded into property preservation for bank-owned homes, taking on projects that included everything from clean-outs to major repairs. Over time, we began managing full home remodels across the Midwest—including Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, and right here in Michigan.
Today, we bring that deep industry experience home—literally—by offering high-quality home remodeling and renovation services to homeowners across West Michigan.
